The film first covers the history of the Congressional Medal of Honor. This actually would make for a great mini-series or series-with each episode covering perhaps a couple stories of these heroes. However, I did not give it a 10 for one reason-the stories were just too rushed and the film tried to cover way too much. It was very inspiring, touching and even occasionally funny.
